Consultation before development
A clear scope comes before any build, so you know what you are getting, what it costs and who looks after it afterwards.
Discovery call
We learn who you serve, how customers reach you, where things stall and what success looks like for you.
Written scope and agreement
We recommend what to do and what to leave for later, with exclusions, timeline and cost. Work, including paid discovery, starts once the scope and terms are agreed in writing.
Build and test
We build around your real workflow with a limited number of revision rounds. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted and agreed before we do them.
Handover
You get onboarding and documentation, and we agree who looks after each part once it is live.
Support
Optional ongoing support with clear hours and response targets.
What we need from you
Content, approvals and access to your accounts in good time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
What we will not promise
We do not guarantee sales, search rankings or email delivery, and we cannot control the third-party platforms we build on. We do commit to a clear scope, honest advice and work you can run without us.
