Who we are

This website is operated by Sabr Studio, a web design, CRM and automation consultancy based in London, UK. Sabr Studio is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at hello@sabrstudio.com.

What information we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), website (optional), what you would like to improve, the country your business is based in, and your message.
• Emails and calls: anything you send us or tell us when we correspond.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic device and browser information, collected by our hosting and security systems and by Google reCAPTCHA when you visit or use the form.

How we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in running our business, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and our business: our web hosting and email providers, Google (reCAPTCHA spam protection), Wordfence (website security) and Cloudflare (which delivers some site resources). They may only process your information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision, so your information stays protected.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. If we start working together, records are kept as needed for the contract and for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent at any time, and request a copy in a portable format. If you live in the United States or Canada you may have additional rights under local laws; contact us and we will respond as the law requires. To exercise any right, email hello@sabrstudio.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
